Registration open for Multi Craft Technician Level 1 course at Holmes

RIDGELAND, Miss. — Registration is now open for Holmes Community College’s Multi Craft Technician Level 1 course, designed to provide participants with hands-on training in the fundamentals of multi-craft maintenance.

The course will be held Aug. 24-Oct. 1, Monday through Thursday, from 8 a.m. – 4 p.m. in the McGowan Workforce Training Center on the Ridgeland Campus. The registration fee is $125.

This entry-level course provides participants with a broad understanding of essential technical systems and equipment. Students will receive hands-on instruction in the core areas of electrical, mechanical, pneumatic and hydraulic systems, gaining the foundational skills needed to maintain and troubleshoot equipment commonly used in manufacturing, energy and utility industries.

The registration deadline is noon on Aug. 18. Class size is limited, and registration will be accepted on a first-come, first-served basis.

The registration fee will be waived for participants enrolled through a WIN Job Center career coach or a Holmes GED instructor.
