Conner named eLearning systems administrator at Holmes

Holmes Community College has named Theresa Conner as its new eLearning systems administrator. Based on the Ridgeland Campus, Conner will oversee the college’s learning management systems and support online instruction across all campuses.

A Mississippi State University graduate, Conner holds both a Master of Business Administration and a Bachelor of Business Administration in banking and finance. Before joining Holmes, she worked for the Rankin County School District.

Conner brings extensive educational experience to her new role. She is a Canvas Certified Educator, an educational consultant for Get2College (a college access program of the Woodward Hines Education Foundation), and serves as an instructional designer and instructor for the Mississippi Council on Economic Education. She has also been recognized for her contributions to the Mississippi Department of Education’s College & Career Readiness Curriculum.

Outside of her professional responsibilities, Conner enjoys spending time with her family and is known for her love of organizing. She is a member of First Baptist Church of Jackson.

Conner’s family includes her husband, Jeff, owner of LOCOS convenience store in Clinton; daughter, Mary Austin, a 2025 graduate of the University of Southern Mississippi currently pursuing a physical therapy assistant degree at Pearl River Community College; son, Dalton, a rising junior at Madison Ridgeland Academy; and stepdaughter, Natalie, a cosmetologist at Salon232 in Flowood.
