Grenada Campus holds PN Pinning Ceremony

The Grenada Campus of Holmes Community College held a Pinning Ceremony for the graduating Practical Nursing Class of 2020 on June 25 outside of the Industrial Training Complex on the Grenada Campus.

Seventeen students were recognized during the ceremony including: Paisley Bell of Mathiston, Marvell Bradford of Charleston, Raishawnda Brantley of Eupora, Jimeiah Cashaw Horton of Grenada, Jennifer Chaille of Eupora, Von Echols of Grenada, Mary Fike of Grenada, Mallory Huffman of Eupora, Alyssa King of Charleston, Tracy Leachman of Banner, April Lyons of Coffeeville, Corey Mills of Water Valley, Jessica Parker of Stewart, Takila Robinson of Duck Hill, B.G. Salley of Eupora, Natalie Watkins of Grenada and Ryan Wiltshire of Black Hawk.

Each graduate came up one by one with their family members to receive their diploma cover, pin and candle.

Awards for the face-to-face class included: valedictorian, Ryan Wiltshire; salutatorian, Tracy Leachman; and honors, Alyssa King, Jessica Parker, B.G. Salley and Natalie Watkins.

Officers included: Ryan Wiltshire, President; Marvell Bradford, Vice-President; Corey Mills, Treasurer; and Tracy Leachman, Secretary.
