Holmes holds annual Foundation Golf Tournament

On May 4, the Holmes Community College Foundation held its annual golf tournament at Deerfield Country Club. For the second year in a row, Team Paint Plus Construction was the Championship Winner. The team included Scott DeLoach, J.T. Blair, John Thompson and Kevin Connor. Team Aladdin Food Services – Steven Arceo, Ritchie Faulkner, Tommy Klauder and Ken Ricketts – won the First Flight and Team Culpepper Funeral Home – Terry Culpepper, Gary Glazier, Denny Morgan and Gary Rigby – won the Second Flight. Other winners included Cory Moore, closest to the hole on Hole 3, and Danny Howell, longest drive on 18.

The golfers were treated to lunch prior to teeing off, and an after-5 Additionally, Entergy Mississippi sponsored lunch for the tournament, and Southern Beverage Company provided drinks.
