Sgt. Michael Jones joins Holmes Ridgeland Police Department

Holmes Community College alumnus Michael Jones recently joined the Holmes Ridgeland Campus Police Department. Sgt. Jones graduated from the Holmes Grenada Campus with a certificate in HVAC and Welding.

Prior to returning to Holmes as an officer, he was employed with the Grenada Police Department and then Jackson State University. Sgt. Jones and his wife, Catherine, are members of Covenant House Word of Faith Ministries Church in Grenada. In his spare time, he enjoys fishing and hunting.

“I am always pleased to serve the people of my community,” Sgt. Jones said.
