This workshop is for individuals seeking initial certification or recertification to work in an establishment handling food. The 8-hour course satisfies the Mississippi Department of Health Requirements: discusses food-borne illnesses, including information on specific food-borne pathogens and biological toxins, such as shellfish poisoning, contamination, and food allergens. The course, taught by Shawn Davis, will cost $150.

Beginning with a short introduction of the history of computers, trainees will follow with learning about computers, and conclude with things to consider before e-mailing. Kanelia Williams will facilitate the course.
