Three board members recognized for their service Three members of the Holmes Community College Board of Trustees were recently honored during a monthly meeting on the Goodman Campus.

Longtime board member James Alford was recognized by the Mississippi Community College Board on 35 years on the Holmes board from Carroll County. He was presented a plaque by his brother, Walter Alford, who is board president, and Holmes President Dr. Jim Haffey.

Robert Bailey from Yazoo County recently retired from the board and was recognized for his six years of service. He was presented a plaque by board president Walter Alford and Holmes president Dr. Jim Haffey.

Nolan O'Reilly, board member from Holmes County was also recognized by the MCCB for his 15 years of service on the Holmes board.
