Dormitory move-in date set for Aug. 14

All dormitories on the campus of Holmes Community College in Goodman will officially open for students to begin staying overnight at 3 p.m. on Sunday, August 14, 2016.

Residents will be allowed to move in their belongings only the week before classes begin, which will be August 8 through the August 12 from 8 a.m. to 2 p.m. each day. Students who have not had ID pictures taken will need to report to the Student Housing Office in the Lorance Student Center. For those who have had pictures taken, please follow the instructions below. Attala Hall, Motel Hall and Cook Hall residents must report to the Student Housing Office to pick up their room keys and dorm IDs. Residents of Yazoo, Grenada, Choctaw and Webster Halls must report to their respective dorms to pick up their room keys and dorm IDs.

Again, if no ID picture has been taken, please report first to the Student Housing Office.

As a reminder, no students will be allowed to stay overnight until August 14 beginning at 3 p.m., when all dorms officially open.

Also, no students will be allowed to move in their belongings if not registered for at least 15 or more hours. Save
