The Holmes Community College Adult Education program is holding district-wide orientation sessions on Jan. 3 and Jan. 8, 2024. Orientation sessions will be offered at every class site, including the Attala Center in Kosciusko, Eupora, Yazoo City and Ridgeland. The session will be held from 8:30 a.m.- 2:30 p.m. The daytime adult education classes (district-wide) will begin on Jan. 9 and the evening classes (Ridgeland only) will start Jan. 10.
The Adult Basic Education classes are open to the public for those who have not completed high school or wish to increase their functioning level to enter college, training or the job market. The programs at Holmes can help adults gain skills they need to be competitive in the job market and increase their earning potential.
