The Holmes Community College eLearning Department is now offering online accelerated four-week courses.

The Holmes Community College Goodman Campus will hold an Electrical Lineman Program information meeting for those interested in being a part of the spring cohort on Thursday, Oct. 1, at 5 p.m. in the Science and Mathematics Building auditorium.

The Holmes Community College Football Team has moved their Sept. 17 non-division contest with East Central Community College to Grenada High School at 7 p.m. and will be honoring current and former military members with a Military Appreciation Game.

Holmes Community College Associate Degree Nursing Instructor Tiffany Gordon Cox recently earned the designation Certified Nurse Educator (CNE) after meeting strict eligibility criteria and successfully completing a rigorous certification examination developed and administered by the National League for Nursing (NLN).

Holmes Community College English Instructor and Writing Center Director Stacey Coulter recently earned her PhD in English from Claremont Graduate University in Claremont, California.

Matt Surrell of Winona, director of business services at Holmes Community College, was recently selected as a 2015 Outstanding Business Officer (OBO) Award winner for Region VI by the Community College Business Officers (CCBO) organization.

Holmes Community College Attala Educational Center is excited to announce the addition of new (non-credit) community course offerings for the fall of 2015 and spring of 2016.

McMorrough Library on the Goodman Campus is now serving breakfast from 7:30 – 11 a.m., Monday – Thursday.
